could decrease male suicides in the UK.
The television documentary aims to raise the awareness of male suicide rates, whilst challenging the stigma of mental health.
Exercise Saved My Life tells the story of 59-year old David Baum, who wanted to take his own life, at the age of 34, following years of traumatic events.
