Exercise Saved My Life

The Office for National Statistics found that suicide is the biggest killer of men between 20 and 49 years old. Exercise Saved My Life tells the story of David Baum who wanted to take his own life at the age of 34, following years of traumatic events.

The 7-minute documentary aims to raise the awareness of male suicide rates in the UK, challenge the stigma of mental health and encourage others to take part in exercise to sustain positive mental wellbeing.

This is the story of how one man aims to reduce male suicide rates in the UK, one workout at a time.
