Confirmed NHS interviews Dr. Sheppard and Nikki

I have now managed to secure 2 interviews with Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr Leyland Sheppard and Exercise Trainer, Nicola Jenkins at NHS Dorset Healthcare University Trust. This will add credibility to my doc, having expert comments on how exercise is beneficial for the human body and what specific hormones are released. I don't know if I'll be able to include both interviews in my documentary as I only have 7 minutes. However, Nicola would again be great added value to my site! I'm hoping to speak to the psychiatrist not just about the benefits of exercise, but why he thinks male suicides in the UK are so high and whether exercise is considered a form of therapy for those suffering with poor mental health. The interview is set for December 15th!
